SWISS: P21781 Gene ID: 2252 KGF/FGF7 (Fibroblast growth factor 7) 又稱：HBGF-7 纖維母細胞生長因子7，是FGF家族的主要成員之一。 FGF家族參與細胞生長、組織修復(fù)、胚胎生長發(fā)育、組織器官的形成、腫瘤的生長和侵潤等諸多生理病理功能。 成纖維細胞生長因子7的促增生作用主要來源于角化上皮細胞而不是間質(zhì)細胞和內(nèi)皮細胞，因此人們又稱之為：角化上皮細胞生長因子（KGF）。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with KGF monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-62343R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
