Receptor for oxytocin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. SWISS: P30559 Gene ID: 5021 OTR在人的子宮平滑肌細胞膜上有縮宮素受體，縮宮素引起子宮收縮的機制可能是通過激活縮宮素受體而實現(xiàn)的。經研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，縮宮素受體在外周組織和中樞神經系統(tǒng)內均有分布。縮宮素與不同組織、細胞上的縮宮素受體結合，通過多種信號轉導途徑而發(fā)揮作用。 |
